Class 10 is the year most students first meet a full external examination pattern, and the gap between knowing the chapter and writing a good answer is at its widest here. The practice papers on this page are built around that gap. Each set follows the current CBSE structure — objective and very short answer questions, short answer questions, and long answer questions — so you practise allocating time exactly as you will have to in the real paper.
In most CBSE schools, Class 10 Health and Physical Education is assessed internally across the year rather than through a single 80-mark external theory paper. Assessment normally covers a games and sports component, a health and fitness component, SUPW or social service, and a practical or project file. Because the weightage is spread out, consistent term-wise practice matters far more than last-minute revision.
