EC-201 — Contemporary issues in Physical Education, fitness and wellness
Typical themes: wellness vs fitness, lifestyle diseases, doping awareness at a teacher-education level, and current issues in school PE. After the paper, revise Class 11 fitness and wellness and Class 12 nutrition if the questions overlap school PE language.
CC-202 — Educational technology and methods of teaching in PE
Expect teaching methods (command, practice, reciprocal), lesson parts, and simple educational technology (charts, video, ICT in a PE class). Pair with lesson planning.
